Booking & Deposit Policy
Call for Specialized Attention — Every team bonding event is custom. Please call us at 843-707-5512 to discuss your group size, activity, and timeline. We'll build the right experience for your team.
50% Non-Refundable Deposit — A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and begin event preparations.
18% Gratuity — An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all private parties and group events.
Bring Your Own — Food, beverages, and team décor are welcome. We provide the art experience, space, tables, and seating — you bring the team spirit and the snacks.
